From the hive to the consumer: Buy local honey

Are you looking for mountain honey ? ? I offer you the honey from the Pyrenees that I produce (or rather that my bees produce!) and harvest in summer around my honey house in Montagagne in the Arize valley ( Couserans ).

Unless you prefer a monofloral honey? In summer, I also collect linden honey in the Aston valley and rhododendrons in the Vicdessos valley.

In spring, I harvest cherry honey around my home in Haute-Arize . This sale of honey is done in limited quantities and depending on the year.

At the end of May, beginning of June, I harvest acacia honey and forest honey .
