Linden honey 500g

Linden honey has a beautiful yellow color. Very fragrant, it has floral and mint notes.

Harvest and apiaries

I harvest this honey in July in the Aston Valley between 600 m and 1,000 m above sea level.

Characteristics of this mountain honey

This linden honey has a very characteristic minty taste. It is fruity and flowery, with good aromatic persistence.

Its crystallization is fine. You can therefore spread it easily, because it has a nice creaminess.

Rich in fructose, it is perfect as a substitute for sugar in your culinary preparations or hot drinks.

Extraction and packaging of lime honey

This honey is cold extracted and packaged in my beekeeping farm which is located in Haute-Arize, in Montagagne (Ariège).

It is not pasteurized, like all of my products.

Consumption

Due to the calming properties of linden flowers, this honey is believed to have the same virtues. Your turn to try !

Linden honey is perfect in a herbal tea or to enhance the taste of natural yogurt. Also try it on meat, it’s tasty.

To cook it, if you want to make it liquid, heat it gently in a bain-marie.
